Other Details to Note

- Pool cleaning and Care: The custom indoor heated pool has scheduled cleaning and chemical balancing twice per week. The pool technician will need the enter through the lower level exterior pool door entrance and this may be during your stay. - Pest control: The Lady Vista is regularly inspected and treated for the prevention and control of pests. From time to time, you may see pests inside or outside of the cabin. - Generator: The Lady Vista has a back up generator to supply guests with power in the case of a power outage. Never have to worry with the loss of power. - Before You Book: The final stretch of road to The Lady Vista is part paved, part gravel, with hills, curves, and a gated entry. Any vehicle can make it, but if you’re not used to mountain roads, AWD/4WD is recommended. Your gate code will be provided prior to arrival. - Pet-Friendly Luxury: Up to two dogs (max 50 lbs each) are welcome with a $250 pet fee. We had a wonderful time at this last weekend. The house is exactly as pictured. The views are so beautiful! Travis had a large very nice gift basket for us upon arrival. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Travis was super responsive and nice.

This home is exactly as pictured! Very beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything you need (pool, hot tub, games, play space, kitchen stocked with most items needed to cook, laundry and movie room) is here. About 20 minute to groceries, restaurant and stores. We so enjoyed our stay and appreciate the ease start to finish.

Beautiful house with so much to do in a beautiful location and not too far out. Loved all the amenities especially the pool table, theatre room, huge hot tub, and the best swimming pool of any rental we looked at and it had a waterfall! Everything we could need or want was provided and the owner was so nice and responded to every question right away and checked in on us to make sure things were going ok. We brought our dog along and the house is very dog friendly though we had to switch rooms to a downstairs room as he is getting old and has arthritis and couldn’t make it up the stairs to the second floor. I really loved the pool as it goes the 5 feet and was pretty warm which was nice as we had mostly adults using it. We would love to come back some time. The road to the house is dirt and pretty steep with some sharp switchbacks but no problem for my small awd hybrid truck and the suv rental my husband’s family rented. We even had snow the day we left after 70-80 degree weather!

This cabin was perfect to get away and spend time with family. It was absolutely beautiful and had so many different things for the kids to do. The kitchen had anything that you would need to fix meals for large families. Travis was super nice and very fast to respond to any question or need. We will definitely book again.

There needs to be a different category for Travis as a host. He was hands down the most proactive, friendly and responsive host we have ever had. House was absolutely beautifully decorated with everything you need for a fun and cozy stay. Furniture and beds were super comfortable which is not something you find in every home. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and everyone in our group raved about the house and we all are looking for the next occasion to celebrate at this gem. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Every year 16 dads get together and head to the mountains. This was the best place we’ve stayed in the 4 years we’ve taken this trip. I think after about 15 minutes or so, we were already saying we should just tell Travis we want it for next year. We all highly recommend the cabin, the area and location Travis happens to host. He is, by far, the most responsive and kind host we’ve ever had. We will definitely be reaching out to Travis when we begin planning our annual trip for next year. Thanks again, Travis!

Our family's favorite cabin. There are so many thoughtful touches, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of family-friendly activities. Travis was an absolute gem of a host and his response time to any question was immediate. You can tell he cares that his guests enjoy their stay in his beautiful home. We all agree that staying here again is a must!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s even prettier in person. It’s located in a private area, which was exactly what we were looking for. We barely left the villa because it had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We brought groceries to make our lunches and dinners, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We did run into a small issue, but it didn’t stop or ruin our vacation at all. Travis was very responsive and considerate when I reached out to him about it. I would stay here again without thinking twice. There were 16 of us, plus my fur baby Axel. We made so many great memories here, and it was the perfect midpoint for our entire family.
