- Pool cleaning and Care: The custom indoor heated pool has scheduled cleaning and chemical balancing twice per week. The pool technician will need the enter through the lower level exterior pool door entrance and this may be during your stay. - Pest control: The Lady Vista is regularly inspected and treated for the prevention and control of pests. From time to time, you may see pests inside or outside of the cabin. - Generator: The Lady Vista has a back up generator to supply guests with power in the case of a power outage. Never have to worry with the loss of power. - Before You Book: The final stretch of road to The Lady Vista is part paved, part gravel, with hills, curves, and a gated entry. Any vehicle can make it, but if you’re not used to mountain roads, AWD/4WD is recommended. Your gate code will be provided prior to arrival. - Pet-Friendly Luxury: Up to two dogs (max 50 lbs each) are welcome with a $250 pet fee. We had a wonderful time. A beautiful home in a beautiful area. The proximity to the valley, Gatlinburg, the NP & Dollywood was a big plus. There was always plenty to do (exploring/ reading by the fireplace/ cooking/ enjoying the fire pit/ the grill/ games/ billiards). And even on the rainy days, the pool & hot tub made our stay complete. The gift basket on arrival was a nice touch.

Hands down an amazing Airbnb. Gorgeous views, plentiful accommodations from parking spaces for large families to games and activities to do around the house. The property looks exactly like the photos and even better in person. Travis was extremely helpful during our whole stay and even got the dishwasher fixed within about 12 hours of us letting him know. Probably the most underrated thing about the house would be the Sonos sound system in the living room & theater. Take advantage of those speakers if you love quality home surround sound systems. Would not hesitate to stay again, can’t say enough good things.

Six of us, all adults, stayed at the Lady Vista for a week and loved it. The house is modern, airy and bright. The wooden floors and walls have the look and feel of quality, and don’t creak with changing temperature as wooden structures sometimes do. The layout is excellent: large kitchen with countertop seating, a spacious main seating area that opens onto the deck (we kept a sliding door open for the breeze) and a dining area that also opens onto the deck. The view alone is worth five stars: from the main and upstairs floors you look west to the surrounding hills and distant mountains. The sunsets are gorgeous, and at night the sky fills with stars and the valley with lights from other homes. Even on a rainy, foggy day the scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen has ample counter space, two big sinks, double ovens, burners and microwaves that were gratifyingly easy to operate. Upstairs is a common area with pool & poker table and other games. One drawback of these open concept vacation homes is that noise easily travels. You don’t want someone emptying the dishwasher or playing pool while others are trying to sleep. But honestly I’ve stayed in places where noise was much more of a problem. We all slept pretty well. We didn’t spend much time in the pool, which isn’t really big enough to swim laps. It’s more suitable for children. To relax, we hung out in the big hot tub with its great view. Travis may be the best host I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. He responded within minutes and graciously to virtually every query, whether it was about payments (straightforward, no surprises) or Internet speed. I asked him just before arrival if the house had a salad spinner. He said no, but would deliver one. It was there when we checked in! The gravel driveway is steep in sections with a pronounced crown, so a vehicle with some clearance is best (though one of us drove up in his rear drive Porsche just fine.) Almost every place I’ve stayed something didn’t work - an appliance, a shower fixture, a gas barbecue, but the Lady Vista is meticulously maintained: everything worked!

My family and I stayed at the Lady Vista for a long weekend. It was perfect. The views were better than any of the photos; absolutely spectacular. The Airbnb provided endless entertainment that was perfect for the kids as well as the adults. The indoor pool was so fun and very clean. The movie room was spacious and cozy. The game loft provided fun afternoon entertainment. The kids wanted to go on the outdoor play-set in everyday. The fire pit was a fun way to unwind at night. The massive wrap around porch was phenomenal for sunrise and sunset mountain views. We only wish we could have stayed longer at such a beautiful and fun Airbnb. The amenities were phenomenal. Each room had its own bathroom. The house provided everything you would need for cooking and even had baby gear including pack and plays, a high chair, kid cups, plates, bowls, etc. It made traveling with kids so much easier. Travis was the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was absolutely phenomenal

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Lady Vista. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults. Home was privately situated and had plenty of space for us to all spread out and enjoy indoors or outdoors. Travis was a great communicator before and during our stay. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a private retreat for your family.

This home is exactly as pictured! Very beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything you need (pool, hot tub, games, play space, kitchen stocked with most items needed to cook, laundry and movie room) is here. About 20 minute to groceries, restaurant and stores. We so enjoyed our stay and appreciate the ease start to finish.

Beautiful house with so much to do in a beautiful location and not too far out. Loved all the amenities especially the pool table, theatre room, huge hot tub, and the best swimming pool of any rental we looked at and it had a waterfall! Everything we could need or want was provided and the owner was so nice and responded to every question right away and checked in on us to make sure things were going ok. We brought our dog along and the house is very dog friendly though we had to switch rooms to a downstairs room as he is getting old and has arthritis and couldn’t make it up the stairs to the second floor. I really loved the pool as it goes the 5 feet and was pretty warm which was nice as we had mostly adults using it. We would love to come back some time. The road to the house is dirt and pretty steep with some sharp switchbacks but no problem for my small awd hybrid truck and the suv rental my husband’s family rented. We even had snow the day we left after 70-80 degree weather!

This cabin was perfect to get away and spend time with family. It was absolutely beautiful and had so many different things for the kids to do. The kitchen had anything that you would need to fix meals for large families. Travis was super nice and very fast to respond to any question or need. We will definitely book again.
